Mr. John L. Smaha is an experienced problem solver and an effective negotiator including but not limited to business financing, business formation and structuring, real property transactions, asset protection, bankruptcy reorganization and the ramifications of possible or actual litigation. He enjoys taking the burden of legal problems off his clients shoulders by being a proactive decision maker often recommending and fully implementing a course of action which may or may not include litigation, business planning, reorganization or otherwise.

Handles corporate matters from inception through winding down including limited liability companies and day to day maintenance and transactions.
Ability to handle large volumes of complex negotiations.
Reduce and compromise claims and debt without need for extensive litigation.
Represents lenders, creditors, debtors and or lessors in bankruptcy and insolvency transactions including California State remedies.
International, is familiar with handling international agreements with selective countries and offshore transactions. Primary emphasis in Japan, China and offshore countries.
Professional, detailed retirement plans and trusts including asset protection.
Resolution in handling civil litigation in Federal and State Courts and business violations.
